    I have been using Cycle Superhighway 3 (CS3) for a week or two now from West Ham to Tower Gateway(plus evening return journey) and can say that this route is fantastic and is routed through some very nice parts of the regenerated Docklands.

    There are many knockers of Boris’s bike schemes in London – but if you look at how many cyclists there are on this route each morning and evening then I would say Boris has got it spot on and these negative views are well and truly in the minority.

    This morning I even managed to get a bike check-up a, a set of LED lights and breakfast on the route all free courtesy of Tower Hamlets council. Thanks Tower Hamlets!

    If anyone commutes in on the C2C line to the city, do yourself a favour get off a few stops early like me and use this great facility for a healthy start to the day.
