Good News Story

August 17th, 2010

 Hi Collette,
I just wanted to take a second to brag about my new healthy lifestyle and the fact I am now cycling to work- I haven’t owned a bike for over 15 years and I’m loving it!
Because of all of the traffic lights leading up to the Civic Centre, it is actually quicker for me to cycle to work, I’ve estimated that my car is on the road for a good 15 hours less every month …aaand I appear to have lost an inch off my waist after just 4 weeks whilst doing no other exercise or dieting.
On that last point I really am quite surprised as I have used the fact that I am now cycling daily as fair reason to eat whatever I like, whenever I like!

I bought the bike from the Re-Cycle centre for £35 and I’m really happy with it; Dan who was working that day was really helpful and quite happy for me to test drive a few bikes up and down the road before making my purchase. He did also mention that I could come back for a free check up after 6 months, by which time I plan to have completely ridden the bike into the ground and definitely plan on coming back for my free service.
Thanks for letting me know about the centre- I really am happy with my new bike!

Kind regards,

Mark Remmington
